Shipping and Processing

WE ARE PROUD TO SHIP ACROSS CANADA USING CANADA POST

Please note:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday 11am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time.
  • We do not process on the weekends or holidays.
  • Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales & holidays.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.
  • Discounts cannot be applied or changed after you've made your purchase.
  • Multiple discounts cannot be applied to orders.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled 12hrs after being placed.

Because we sell a variety of downloadable products and physical products, we have outlined the shipping and processing procedures below by product type.

Physical Products:

Our graphic t-shirts are designed and printed in Barrie, Ontario, Canada.

All of our graphic t-shirts are currently pre-sold as part of our presale process. This means that we take orders ahead of inventory being in stock. You can see when your graphic t-shirt is expected to be in stock on its product page. Once in-stock, our processing time is, on average, 5-7 business days to get your item(s) printed and packed. 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday 11am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time. We do not process on the weekends or holidays. Processing timelines do not include shipping and delivery. Please plan accordingly.

Please note, processing time extended to 10-14 business days during high volume sales - Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Birthday Sale.

Once you have selected your items and proceeded to the Secure Checkout all available shipping options will be presented to you after you have chosen a delivery address. Each order must be shipped to a single address, if a part of your order is intended to be shipped to a second address simply place that order separately.

We are not responsible for any postal delays or customs delays. Once the Post Office accepts the shipment, it’s out of our hands. We are not responsible for late deliveries, customs delays, lost or stolen items, etc. Special notes about mail delivery will not be seen on the shipping label or your package. If you have special instructions, please contact your post office or mail person directly. We are not responsible for mis-deliveries. Customs or duty fees associated with your purchase are not associated with Fempire Builders. 

We ship from our location in Barrie, Ontario, Canada to anywhere across Canada. Free local pickups are always available - select during checkout. Unforuntately, we do not ship anywhere outside of Canada.

Delays are not expected but may occur due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Digital Products:

Digital products are considered to be, but not limited to, the following:

  • Gift cards 
  • Downloadable products including but not limited to printables, affirmations and workbooks
  • Online courses and/or training materials
  • Courses and resources purchased through our training centre
  • Event and workshop tickets including retreats and conferences 

Unless otherwise stated on our product pages, digital products will be processed and delivered to the email address provided by you during your checkout experience within 2-3 business days after purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday 11am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time. We do not process on the weekends or holidays. Please plan accordingly.

We are not responsible for for product deliveries ending up in your Spam or Trash folders. Please check those folders before reaching out to us.
